5. Products

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, sizes, materials, and details of the products available through the Services. However, we do not guarantee that product colors, features, specifications, or details will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of errors.

Rujeni products may include handcrafted or artisan-made details. Because of the nature of handcrafted accessories, minor variations in beadwork, finish, sizing, shape, texture, or appearance may occur and should not be considered defects.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change without notice.

Rujeni offers exchanges and returns for store credit on eligible US orders within 14 days of delivery, provided that the items are unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with tags attached.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, missing tags, or improper handling may not be eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@rujeni.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and assist you.

Because our products include handcrafted and artisan-made elements, slight variations in appearance, beadwork, shape, texture, or finish are normal and are not considered defects.
